The Lay GeniusOn the opening page of “The Lay Genius”, this 22 page e-book claims to be the “ultimate guide to making a tax-free living from laying horses”. Well I don’t want to be too nasty but it is not. The first 11 pages are taken up with all the basic stuff about how to put bets on etc. Sorry I know some people need to know this but Betfair have a tutorial that explains very well. Eventually you get to the system by page 14 and not really worth the wait to be honest. I won’t give it all away but you are given a spreadsheet and told to enter values for different factors the author believes is important. This then throws up a horse to lay. I would doubt everyone that tried this system would come up with the same runner if they tried this system. The reason being some of the factors are subjective. Like giving the jockey a rating. Overall I couldn’t tell you to purchase this as it is not worth the money. Is a reasonable read if you got for free but I wouldn’t be buying it.
